Golden Sun Mining, Tom Kordyback has resigned from the board of directors, effective immediately, citing personal reasons. Mark McLeary, president of Golden Sun Mining, commented: "I would like to thank Tom for his service and contributions to the company, and wish him every success in his future endeavours." Mr. Kordyback continues to be a supporter of Golden Sun Mining and its projects.

The board of directors of Golden Sun Mining, as part of its compensation process, has granted incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 1,500,000 common shares to certain directors of the Corporation. Each option has an exercise price of 10 cents per share and is exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.
