Canasia Industries is pleased to announce that it has been informed by the operator that the assays have been received for the 102 one-ton lots comprising the 2011 bulk sample from the Clone property, situated 12 miles southeast of Stewart. Canasia Industries wishes to announce that it has increased its rare earth acreage in the vicinity of the Eldor Discovery in Quebec. 3,600 additional acres were acquired through Gestim, which now brings Canasia's total to 7,198 contiguous acres prospective for rare earth.

Canasia Industries wishes to announce that it has been informed by the operator of the Clone Property that the bulk sample program has been completed for the 2011 season. The output tripled last year's production to approximately 102 tonnes. The grade of this year's tonnage is now in the process of being established.

Canasia Industries wishes to announce that operations on its flagship 'Clone Gold Prospect' are anticipated to commence shortly. The Company has also forwarded funds to the operator for this upcoming phase of operations on the Clone Prospect.

Canasia Industries has been informed by the operator that all of the samples have been completed at the Clone gold property and the final grade for 34 one tonne samples retuned an average of 68.65 grams per tonne.

Canasia Industries is currently evaluating projects for possible acquisition or joint venture in Tanzania. Once a final decision has been completed an announcement will be made. There is no deal completed at this time nor any guarantee that one will be completed.

Canasia Industries has been informed by the operator that crews have now started drilling operations on the Clone Gold Prospect.
