Ginguro Exploration announces that it will make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of its Series 2010-I warrants to June 11, 2014. An aggregate of 2,999,998 Series 2010-I warrants were originally issued in June 2010 and are exercisable at $0.70 per share until 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on December 11, 2012. Ginguro today reported the discovery of a near-surface gold trend at its Pardo Gold Project located 65 km northeast of Sudbury.
