Rock Tech Lithium announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Afzaal Pirzada, P.Geo, Vice President of Exploration, as Interim CEO effective immediately. Mr. Pirzada's appointment follows the Board's acceptance of Eunho Lee's resignation as President, CEO and director of the Company. Mr. Pirzada will also maintain his current responsibilities as VP of Exploration until a permanent CEO has been selected.
