Caribou King Resources is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of three Quebec graphite properties namely TAC, Lac Vert and Buckingham, all situated in southwestern Quebec in the Central Metasedimentary Belt of the Grenville Geologic Province. The properties are prospective for large flake, crystalline graphite and have a historic record of exploration and production for graphite mineralization.

Caribou King Resources is pleased to announce it has expanded its Nursey Project land holdings to include property immediately adjacent to the west boundary of SGX Resources. Caribou King Resources announces that it has acquired two key mineral claims on the Willa gold deposit located in the Slocan Mining District of British Columbia. Discovery Ventures recently announced an LOI whereby they have entered into negotiations to acquire an 80% interest in the mineral claims comprising Willa deposit (see Discovery Ventures Inc. news release, October 18th, 2012).

Caribou is pleased to announce that the private placement financings announced June 15th, 2012 have been oversubscribed. The Company expects to close the financings shortly upon receipt of all completed subscription agreements and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The above offerings will have a four month hold period and are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
