First Quantum, today announced that it successfully completed the pricing of its offering of $350 million of Senior Notes due 2019, which was announced Thursday, 27 September 2012. Interest on the Notes will accrue at the rate of 7.25% per annum. Closing and funding are expected to take place on or about 10 October 2012, subject to customary conditions precedent for similar transactions.

First Quantum today announced that it is offering $350 million of Senior Notes due 2019. The Notes will be senior obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed on a subordinated basis by certain of the Company's subsidiaries. Interest will be payable semi-annually. The interest rate, offering price and other terms will be determined at the time of pricing of the offering, subject to market conditions.
