Carmax Mining has filed documentation with the British Columbia Securities Commission to change its year end to October 31. The change in year-end is being made in order to have Carmax's year-end coincide with that of Copper Fox Metals, the Company's control block shareholder. By changing the year-end, Copper Fox will be able to consolidate its financial statements with those of Carmax as required under IFRS.
