Ocean Park Ventures is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one new share for every ten old shares outstanding. In connection with the consolidation, Ocean Park has also changed its name to "Dunnedin Ventures Inc." Trading will commence on the TSX Venture Exchange, on a consolidated basis, under the symbol "DVI" at the open on August 6, 2013.
