Red Mile Minerals has closed a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds in the amount of $615,000. The Company issued 12,300,000 units at a price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire a Common Share at $0.06 until March 9, 2017.
