Oslo, 7 July 2014 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, today announced
resumption of oil production from Block 32 Howarime and Block 43 South Howarime
in the Republic of Yemen.

DNO ASA today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary DNO Yemen AS has issued force majeure notices to Yemen's Ministry of Oil and Minerals for Block 32 Howarime and Block 43 South Howarime. DNO had previously invoked force majeure for Block 47 South Hood in September 2013.

DNO has temporarily suspended production from Block 32 and Block 43.  Production
from the two blocks averaged 1,600 barrels of oil per day [...]

The change of company name to DNO ASA, which was decided at the Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2014, has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises with effect as of today.

Oslo, 5 June 2014 -- DNO International ASA ("DNO"), the Norwegian oil and gas
operator, today announced that production from the Tawke field in the Kurdistan
region of Iraq reached 120,021 barrels of oil per day in May, the first time
average monthly production has exceeded 100,000 barrel per day. May production
was split 60-40 between local sales and deliveries to the export pipeline at
Fish Khabur.
