The shareholders of Esperanza Resources have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement with Alamos Gold. Esperanza shareholders will receive $CDN0.85 cash and 0.0625 Alamos warrants for each share held. Esperanza Resources will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, August 30, 2013.
