Suncor Energy Inc. und Petro-Canada gaben gestern bekannt, dass man die Genehmigung für den geplanten Zusammenschluss durch das Competition Bureau Canada erhalten habe. Nun rechnen die beiden Unternehmen damit, dass der Zusammenschluss am 1. August 2009 Gültigkeit erlangen wird.
